2. Black Hat SEO
This is the so called unethical SEO. Using this might result in penalties from the search engines (like a ban for a limited period of time!). Here the main focus is on statistical aspects of the algorithm (which are used by the search engines). It includes tactics like increasing the keywords or cross linking. It is sure to give you quick results and is also a cost effective idea. But your customer satisfaction is sure to be quite low and you need to fear the search engines a lot!
3. Gray Hat SEO
It is your mid way option. It has the benefits of both the above. It will give you quality content in a reasonably low cost. Though it might not provide you the best of the results as forcing keywords may destroy the quality of the content.
